Hi, I’m Victoria Whittaker, I am a business coach with over 15 years of experience coaching, leading, and teaching others. I support women and people from underrepresented groups as find the courage to leave Corporate America to start their own businesses.

I have a undergraduate degree from Stanford and an MBA from Berkeley Haas. I started the first phase of my business, consulting on my own, over 10+ years ago and launched the second phase, my coaching business, three years ago.

I’ve been in your shoes, spending my work days exhausted from the constant barrage of emails, the micromanaging boss over my shoulder, and each passing 360 review where I got rave reviews and very little raise.
