When I returned to work after having my first child, I was struggling. Folks said "it would get better" in terms of being a new mom and working full time so I waited months to feel differently, but there was a persistent feeling that I needed to make a change... At the time I didn't really know what I needed but I had almost reached a panic point about knowing I needed something different.
